DEFINITIVE BOOKING
With the definitive registration, the guest accepts these general booking conditions. Legal binding occurs with the written confirmation (by email) from the Swiss Mountain-Valley View Lodge, which is sent within three working days at the latest. Please check this confirmation and report any errors or corrections immediately.
PRICES
Unless otherwise stated, the prices are in CHF, including VAT. The tourist tax is not included in the overnight prices when booking directly and have to be paid latest at check-in (either by cash or credit card in CHF).
PAYMENT
Deposit
Depending on the season, the SMVVL may request a deposit for the booked stay. With the non-cancellable rate, payment of the total price is always required in advance.
Accepted means of payment
All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted as payment methods. An invoice for bank transfer can also be issued upon request. The invoice is due within 3 days, but no later than 30 days before check-in.
Foreign currencies
Payment in a foreign currency is possible on request. Inquiries to: info@smvvl.ch
UNUSED SERVICES
When booking an service, the services included cannot be reduced and no refunds will be made if the service is not used.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
The date of receipt of the cancellation or rebooking is decisive for calculating the cancellation costs:
CANCELLATION COST PROTECTION
To protect cancellation costs, we recommend guest take out cancellation cost insurance with an insurance company you trust (in case of illness or accident of the booked persons).
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
With the non-refundable rate, on the one hand the entire invoice amount is due when booking (credit card) and on the other hand the entire invoice amount is no longer refunded in the event of a cancellation/rebooking.
BOOKING WITHDRAWAL
SMVVL reserves the right to In exceptional cases, a confirmed booking may be declared invalid and cancelled without any costs for SMVVL and the guest.
TRANSFER OF THE CLAIM TO THIRD PARTIES
SMVVL reserves the right to transfer outstanding claims to third parties and to provide information to third parties for the purpose of credit checks.
JURISDICTION
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Switzerland. Swiss law applies.
